JUDr. Martin Puchalla, PhD.

He completed his study at Law Faculty of University of Pavel Jozef Šafárik in Košice in 2001. During this study time he also finished his management study in Australia and experienced several stays abroad. He obtained „JUDr.“ degree in 2002. In the period of 2001 – 2005 he worked as an articled clerk. He has been offering his legal services since passing his lawyer exam in 2005. He also worked at Law Faculty of University of Pavel Jozef Šafárik in Košice, namely at Department of Criminal Law from 2005 to 2008. He also prepared a thesis in the field of criminal law, the topic of which was: „Obhajoba v prípravnom konaní/ Plea in Pre-Trial Proceedings“. He publishes in several professional journals, he is engaged in lecturing activities and a co-author of a study material used by Law Faculty of Pavel Jozef Šafárik in Košice and named: „Criminal Proceeding Law“. He speaks English fluently and has passive knowledge of German and Russian language.

JUDr. Dušan Slávik

He completed his study at Law Faculty of University of Pavel Jozef Šafárik in Košice in 2001. In the years 2001 – 2007 he worked as a lawyer for District Authority in Prešov, where he specialized in solving the suit-related agenda. He also provided legal consultancy for other state organizations as well as for entities of the third sector. In 2002-2003 he finished his post-graduate study specializing in commercial law at Law Faculty of Charles’s University. In 2007 – 2009 worked as a trainee lawyer in JUDr.Martin Puchalla law office. Presently works as a lawyer, business associate and managing director in PUCHALLA & partners s.r.o. law office. He also has been an external inceptor of Trnavská University, Law Faculty, Department of Civil and Commercial Law since 2007. He speaks German, English and Russian.

JUDr. Ivana Puchallová

Faculty of Law, University of Pavol Jozef Safarik University in Kosice she successfully completed in 2007. During the study, she participated in a project involving "Asylum Clinic." In December 2007,she defended the rigorous work aimed at the area of juvenile crime, carried out a rigorous exam and was awarded the title "JUDr.". Since 2007 she worked as an assistant at the Department of Criminal Law Faculty of Safarik University in Kosice, and ensuring the teaching of substantive criminal law and criminology. Since 2008, she is internal PhD student at the Department of Criminal Law Faculty UPJŠ. Since September 2011 she is a junior lawyer in a law office PUCHALLA & Partners Ltd. Fluent in English, passive in German.

JUDr. Lukáš Kovanič

Graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, 2007. Participated in projects "Labour Law Clinic", "Commercial Law Clinic" and "Civil Law Clinic", focused on practical implementation of these law branches. Acquired doctor’s (JUDr.) degree with thesis in the field of stock right, May 2009. Since 2009 working as a trainee lawyer at PUCHALLA & partners s.r.o law office. Fluent English speaker, passive German skills.

Mgr. Jana Šuvadová

Graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Trnava University, May 2009. Presently preparing to acquire her doctor’s (JUDr.) degree. Since January 2010 working as a trainee at PUCHALLA & partners s.r.o. law office. Responsible for law branch in Žilina region. Fluent English and French speaker.

Mgr. Bianka Probalová

Graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, 2010. Participated in projects "Civil Law Clinic" and "Law of Armed Conflict and Humanitarian Law in the 21st century", focused on practical implementation of these law branches. Since 2010 working as a trainee lawyer at PUCHALLA & partners s.r.o law office. She also has been an external inceptor of the Faculty of Law of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University, Department of Criminal Law since 2010. Fluent English speaker, passive German skills and basics of Spanish language.

Mgr. Zuzana Gregorová

Graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Matej Bel University, May 2011. Since September 2011 working as a trainee lawyer at PUCHALLA & partners s.r.o. law office. Responsible for law branch in region Banská Bystrica. Fluent English speaker, passive German skills.

Mgr. Marián Rušin

Graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice in 2010. During the year 2008 has studied at law school at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 2010 he has worked as a trainee lawyer at PUCHALLA & partners s.r.o law office. He also has been a PhD. student at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University, Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial and Economic law. He speaks fluently English, and has passive knowledge of German and Russian language.
